All about Dr. Jacklyn Halpin
Dr. Jacklyn Halpin is a board-certified nurse practitioner and skilled aesthetic injector dedicated to helping clients look and feel their best. She began her healthcare career in 2010 as a certified nursing assistant and quickly realized her passion for providing care that empowers patients in ways they cannot always help themselves. Driven by determination and a love of learning, Jacklyn advanced her career step by step—from Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), to Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), to Master of Science in Nursing, and ultimately earning her Doctorate of Nursing Practice (DNP) in 2022 from East Tennessee State University.
In addition to her formal education, Dr. Halpin has trained with nationally recognized leaders in the aesthetics industry. She is known for her gentle touch, her natural eye for aesthetics, and her commitment to client education. Her passion for teaching extends beyond her practice: she is the cofounder of Skin of Color Aesthetics, LLC, an online training platform that equips clinicians with the knowledge and tools to treat skin of color patients safely and effectively. She is also a published co-author and recipient of an award-winning manuscript, “Considerations for Laser Therapy, Microneedling, and Chemical Peels When Treating Patients with Skin of Color.”
Recognizing the gap in aesthetic services available for skin of color clientele in Greensboro, Dr. Halpin founded her medical spa to create an inclusive environment where every client feels seen, celebrated, and confident. Her mission is simple: to help each client achieve their aesthetic goals and experience their own Couture moment.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Jacklyn is a proud wife and devoted mom to two children, Charli and Avery. She balances her roles as a healthcare provider, educator, businesswoman, and mother with the same passion and determination that define her career.
